In tempi antichi alcune divinità avevano due facce. Tra queste c’era il dio Giano. Forse le antiche popolazioni volevano con ciò affermare che la realtà ha sempre due lati, e questo concetto è stato espresso e conosciuto come metodo dialettico, sin dal diciottesimo secolo. Ma questo metodo non è l’unico: anche il metodo di tipo speculativo è necessario per aiutare a capire il significato della realtà.
Ci sono alcuni diritti nati i secoli passati. Alcuni filosofi hanno espresso moltissime idee sugli stessi. Tuttavia, l’attualizzazione di tali diritti è cominciata all’inizio del nostro secolo. Sono diritti riguardanti il copyright, i brevetti o, più in generale, la proprietà intellettuale. Specialmente le multinazionali li fanno valere, grazie alle leggi. Di primo acchito hanno ragione, dal momento che, da un punto di vista scientifico, hanno prodotto un nuovo bene dopo aver investito molto denaro per svilupparlo. Ma questa situazione è descritta deliberatamente in un modo errato. Vogliono che si pensi a questo problema come se si trattasse della situazione di un autore che scrive un libro.
Ma non è così. Se producono un bene tecnologico, esso si fonda su un patrimonio di conoscenze che fa capo a tutte le persone, non solo agli scienziati che dalle imprese ricevono lo stipendio. E generalmente questi scienziati vengono da altri paesi poveri. Essi hanno ricevuto un’ottima istruzione nel loro paese d’origine, erano gli studenti migliori delle loro università. Il loro paese ha dato a queste persone il meglio perché avessero la migliore preparazione, nonostante le loro povere risorse. Ma hanno scelto di vivere in paesi sviluppati. E ancora queste imprese internazionali vogliono denaro anche dalle persone di questi paesi poveri. Non è giusto.
Per esempio, accade che scoprano qualcosa di nuovo e producano un nuovo prodotto, ma mandano e vendono ai Paesi in via di sviluppo i prodotti vecchi, rimasti inutilizzati. E forse i nuovi prodotti sono più sicuri di quelli vecchi (vedi, per esempio, i cellulari). Accade inoltre che se c’è una scoperta in un paese in via di sviluppo, le multinazionali affermano che hanno diritto sulla stessa. Il problema qui è che non c’è sufficiente conoscenza nei Paesi poveri quanto al sistema legislativo generale, e questa mancanza di conoscenza è sfruttata da soggetti che sulla scena internazionale sono più forti.
Le divinità oggi hanno due facce. Sono imprese multinazionali e vogliono solo guadagnare. Non lo dicono apertamente, preferiscono nascondersi dietro la legge. La usano per i propri guadagni. Dobbiamo ragionare speculativamente e vedere le loro due facce e dir loro apertamente: il tuo comportamento non è etico!
Nota: e nessun filosofo ha preteso denaro perché ho usato le loro idee!

In the old times some gods were two faces. One of them was the god Janus. Maybe ancient people wanted to mean that the realıty has always two sides, and we have known this as method of dialectics since 18th century. But this method is not the one: the speculatıve method is also necessary to help understanding the meanıng of realıty.
There are some rıghts that were born during the last centuries. Some phılosophers expressed a lot of ıdeas about them. But the actualızatıon of these rıghts has started at the beginning of our century. These rıghts concern copyright, patents or in general intellectual property. Especially ınternatıonal corporatıons use these rights with a lawyer arm. In the fırst view they are very rıghtful, because they have produced a new product after having invested plenty of money to develop it, from a scientific point of view. But this situatıon is described delıberately in a wrong way. They want us to thınk thıs problem as similar to the point of view of an author who is wrıtıng a book.
But the sıtuatıon ıs not like thıs. If they produce a product based on technology, it needs the knowledge of all humans, not only scientists who are given the salary by them. And generally these scientists come from other poor countries. They have had the best knowledge ın theır country, they were the most clever students ın theır unıversıty.Their country has gıven to these people everything for theır best educatıon in spite of having very poor resources. But they chose to lıve in developed countrıes. And now these countrıes corporatıons want money also from poor country people for a new product. Thıs is not just.
For example it happens that they discover something new and they produce a new product, but they send and sell to developing countries the old ones, that are not used by anybody. And maybe the new products are safer than the old ones (for example, mobiles). It also happens that if there is a discover in a developing country, international corporations affirm that they have got the right on that. The problem here is that there is not sufficient knowledge in poor countries about the general law system, and this lack of knowledge is exploited by subjects which are more powerful on the international level.
The gods of today are two faces.They are international corporatıons and they want only earn. And they do not say this openly, they lıke hiding behınd the law. They use the law for theır ındıvıdual earn. We must thınk speculatıvely and see these two faces and say them very openly: Your behavior is not ethic!
